Westport Fuel Systems Inc. announced today that it will disclose its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2017 on Friday, March 23, 2018 before market open. Westport Fuel Systems Inc. today announced Michele Buchignani has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors, effective March 16, 2018. The appointment of Ms. Buchignani, who was previously a member of Westport Fuel Systems Advisory Board, increases the number of directors from 9 to 10.
