Bart van Aerle

Bart van Aerle, previously served as Executive Vice President, IAM & LD OEM at Westport Fuel Systems Inc. In this role, Bart has been responsible for strategic planning, the development of the corporation’s technology and product roadmaps, and identifying new market and industry partnerships. Since 2000 Bart successfully has been leading Westport Fuel Systems Netherlands, one of the companies and key brands Prins, part of Westport Fuel Systems since 2014. He managed expanding partnerships and sales of innovative, high-quality LPG, CNG, and LNG aftermarket systems and components for automotive and transportation vehicles worldwide. From January 2018 to December 2019, Bart served as president of Cummins Westport based in the USA.  Bart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Engineering degree from the Fontys University in Eindhoven and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

 

Frank Spiniello

Frank Spiniello previously served as Vice President of Finance Operations at Westport Fuel Systems since 2019. From 2023 to 2025 he held the role of CEO of WFS Italia. He has extensive experience in finance and operations. He previously served as Co-CEO of MTM Srl since July 2018 and Controller since April 2008. Frank Spiniello also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ideas and Motion Srl since May 2015. Early in his career, he served as Controller at Iveco from November 2004 to January 2008. He began his professional career as an Auditor at PwC from October 1999 to November 2004. Frank Spiniello earned a degree in Banking Economics from the University of Salerno. Frank attended the University from 1991 to 1997.

 

Stefano Monaco

Stefano Monaco, a manager with more than 35 years of experience, primarily in the automotive sector, has held  top management positions at Fiat Auto, Fiat-GM Powertrain, Fiat Powertrain Technologies, Fiat Group Automobiles, Iveco, CNH Industrial, and Adler Pelzer Group.
With a solid background in Research and Development, Product Development, Program Management, Quality, Operations and General Management, he currently holds a position that  integrates his previous experiences. 
Stefano Monaco earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Politecnico of Bari.
